The NRG began to help the Local Independent Restaurant Owner. As a results the organization has grown into an effective co-op ensuring member growth.

Mission:

Our mission is to bring independent restaurant owners together to share successful ideas and goals. Collectively these resources will enhance member purchasing, marketing, sales and best practices allowing a competitive advantage over the national chains and ensure growth, profitability, and long term stability for individual members as well as the organization.
